Whether you're staying in Downtown Miami for a week or just a night, checking out the shopping scene is only customary. With threads from Saks Fifth Avenue to bargains at Marshall's, Miami has something for everyone. Here's your Miami shopping guide.

The Bayside Marketplace opened their doors over 30 years ago in Miami and was a familiar shooting location for Miami Vice. While the marketplace has its share of history, it’s a favorite among tourists for its activities and location on the marina. Over 150 shops span its 2-level, open-air center which is home to festivals of all flavors. Visitors can book boat tours, grab a water taxi to Miami Beach, or enjoy a wide selection of dining options. Bayside Marketplace is just a three-minute walk from YVE Hotel Miami. Directions here.

This shopping center is an ongoing project in the trendy Brickell neighborhood. Today, the mixed-use center spans three city blocks and offers upscale shops and a Cinemex Movie Theater. It’s anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and features vanguard architecture with ceiling climate ribbons, which let in natural light but keep the building cool. There’s also a terrace to grab food, an Italian market in the works, as well as many boutique shops. Parking at the garage is free up to two hours. Brickell City Centre is also easily accessible by light rail. Directions here.

Bal Harbour Shops offers tropical landscaping amid department stores like Neiman Marcus, Gucci, specialty boutiques, and upscale restaurants in a lush, open-air setting. At YVE Hotel Miami, we can accommodate transportation from our hotel to Bal Harbour. Ask our concierge for more information.

The largest outlet shopping mall in Miami, this mall welcomes international shoppers looking for the best deals. Anchor stores include Burlington Coat Factory, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, and more. Shuttle services, bus transit, or rideshare services are available to get you to Dolphin Mall. Ask our front desk for more information.

Luxury shopping at its poshest, Aventura Mall is a chic mall with designer shops, dining options, a movie theater, and an interactive playground for the little ones. It’s a bit of a stretch to get there, but our concierge at YVE Hotel Miami will supply you with numerous transit options, whether you're traveling with or without a car.

The historic Flagler Street is a glimpse into old Miami. It has been a downtown hub filled with shops since the 1900s. Flagler Street is home to the first-ever Burdines, which, back in the day featured a rooftop Ferris wheel. Today, Flagler Street is home to a Macy’s (near Bayfront Park), Marshall’s, The Children’s Place, Ross, and a variety of quirky shops and boutiques. Since 2017, works have been underway to revitalize the area and make it more pedestrian-friendly. In the meantime, one-hour parking is free until construction is complete. Although Hotel YVE Miami is located right near East Flagler Street, hailing a cab or ordering an Uber can easily get you to malls located on the west end of Flagler.
