Miami's food scene is super international and highly regarded for its celebrity chefs. In the mood for local seafood, Peruvian fare, roadside BBQ or Spanish tapas? Here at YVE Hotel Miami, we have you covered.

Breakfast fares

A good breakfast will give you the energy you need to check out the shops, sightsee, or enjoy a day at the beach. Our onsite eatery, Biscayne Tavern, offers a breakfast buffet and other options so you’re well-fed before you leave the hotel. We also recommend Café Bastille, an authentic French café that serves pastries and other breakfast and brunch menu items, located at 248 SE 1st Street. Sedici Café Grill is also an excellent choice for breakfast or brunch. It’s also a nice refuge if you’re looking to enjoy a cup of coffee in a relaxed and quaint setting on 16 NE 3rd Ave.

Let's do lunch

Just steps away from YVE Hotel Miami, lunch options abound in the Bayfront Marketplace. Choose from famous chains such as Chili's Grill & Bar, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Hard Rock Cafe. We also recommend Sparky’s Roadside BBQ — a no-frills favorite among locals serving brisket, ribs, wings, and all things smoked, along with craft beer. For a taste and feel of Old Florida, Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market on the Miami River is the spot. Enjoy stone crab season from October to May, and try fresh, local Florida seafood. For a lighter fare, Jar + Fork, located on the historic Flagler St., is a great lunch spot and juice bar offering organic and vegetarian fare.

What's for dinner?

In Miami, that’s entirely up to you. We suggest you check out the nearby Pollos & Jarras, an eclectic restaurant that serves Peruvian street food — think rotisserie chicken and yucca sticks. However, if you’re in the mood for upscale dining, Il Gabbiano specializes in fine, Northern Italian cuisine. It also has a beautiful waterfront terrace that overlooks Biscayne Bay, perfect for an al fresco meal. Fooq’s is also a highly popular food spot among locals and serves New American cuisine that always hits the mark.

Time for a drink

Any time is a good time for a drink in Miami. Downstairs from the aforementioned Pollos & Jarras is a playful outdoor lounge, Wasska. Enjoy a nice cool cocktail to beat the heat and enjoy the atmosphere. The Pawn Broker located in Downtown Miami is a rooftop bar with skyline views, cocktails, and tapas. For a laid-back space to enjoy a drink, Blackbird Ordinary serves up specialty cocktails and is open into the wee hours of the morning in Brickell. On-site, Biscayne Tavern serves up gastropub fare and craft beers if you’re in the mood for a nightcap.
